We are Ever Vigilant.\nThe Opportunity:\nCACI is seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager to support our Technology Programs across four primary Lines of Business (LOBs) that deliver integrated national security, mission, and technology capabilities for our customers. These LOBs - Electronic Warfare, Space, Digital & Network Technologies, and Mission and Engineering Support - work together to accelerate innovation, modernize critical systems, and provide advanced mission support across defense, intelligence, and federal civilian environments.\nIn this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner across both capture and execution, advising program teams and shaping equitable agreements that enable mission success.\nRole and Impact:\nWithin CACI, Contract Managers are core strategic partners who strengthen customer trust, safeguard business integrity, and enable high-impact mission delivery. In this role, you will shape and negotiate contractual outcomes across the full acquisition lifecycle - from pre-award strategy through execution, modifications, and close-out - ensuring each engagement reflects CACI’s standards for compliance, agility, and mission-focused value.\nYou will work closely with program leadership, capture teams, pricing, legal, procurement, and technical stakeholders across the four LOBs to identify risks early, craft balanced solutions, and provide clear operational guidance in fast-paced environments.\nYour influence extends beyond individual agreements: you will bolster customer confidence, anticipate evolving regulatory and mission needs, and reinforce CACI’s reputation for delivering defensible, innovative business outcomes. Through proactive engagement with U.S. Government and industry partners, you directly support mission success and long-term program growth.\nLocation:\nThis role is an in-office position based in Northern Virginia and may require frequent access to multiple local facilities and secure compartmented information facilities (SCIFs), as applicable.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide contractual expertise and leadership to multiple program teams within the federal procurement environment\nBuild and maintain relationships with the Government Contracting Officer or Prime Contractors\nNegotiate price, terms, and conditions with customers\nNegotiate various contractual agreements, including contracts, bailment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, associate contractor agreements and teaming agreements\nMonitor contract performance on a portfolio of contracts and actively participate in change management\nContribute to proposal development and review, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and corporate policies\nEstablish strong working relationships with Program Managers and stakeholders in pricing, procurement, and compliance\nConduct risk assessments in accordance with corporate policy and recommend mitigation strategies\nRoute organizational conflict of interest screenings and interpret related contract terms\nParticipate in client meetings and program reviews\nWork independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments, including proposals and contract risk reviews\nApply business acumen and Government acquisition knowledge to develop opportunity shaping and negotiation strategies\nProactively advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks\nSupport and lead negotiations\nEnsure compliance with CACI Contracts policies and guidelines as well as with US Government laws and regulations\nInfluence internal and external stakeholders through use of facts, policies, and acquisition best practices\nDemonstrate the ability to find equitable solutions to complex problems with various customers\nCoordinate with CACI Export team for processing export licenses and documentation\nMentor junior members on staff\nReview pricing documentation for compliance with corporate policy and process and provide thoughtful feedback\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n7+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements\nBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field\nDemonstrated understanding and strong working knowledge of US Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency supplements\nExperience supporting capture teams under traditional FAR Part 15 methods, as well as Part 35 (Broad Agency Announcements), Other Transactional Authority (OTAs), and Commercial Solutions Openings (CSOs)\nPreferred experience supporting the Intelligence Community on technology solutions contracts\nAdept at contract analysis\nAptitude to work on diverse contractual issues simultaneously\nAbility to frame, draft and negotiate agreements\nExcellent presentation and communication skills\nStrong work ethic with a commitment to meeting deadlines with a high degree of quality\nPersuasive communication skills with the ability to maintain positive customer and team relationships\nActive Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to consent to a Polygraph\nDesired:\nCertified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and/or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or graduate degree\n-\nWhat You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
