Additional responsibilities include technical risk assessment, testing and validation of remediation for vulnerabilities, and compliance guidance for our networking environments. Candidate will support governance of appropriate policy and compliance technology to meet or exceed applicable government and compliance.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide robust cybersecurity guidance for supported CACI networks and infrastructure.\nPartner with networking engineers to evaluate security risks and ensure systems meet compliance requirements.\nResearch emerging cybersecurity threats and NIST 800 standards to strengthen system security.\nMonitor enterprise systems as part of ongoing vulnerability management activities.\nDevelop mitigation strategies, document risk levels, and follow up with stakeholders; prepare reports as needed.\nMaintain and reinforce a Zero-Trust environment using strong networking and security knowledge.\nUse data aggregation and analysis tools to provide insights into the organization’s security posture.\nCollaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure all networking technologies are securely engineered, deployed, and aligned with industry best practices.\nWork effectively in a team-centric environment and engage with stakeholders at all business levels.\nDraft technical requirements, procedural documentation, and network diagrams to enhance overall system security documentation.\nAnalyze security reports, test results, and remediation plans to ensure thorough and compliant security processes.\nDemonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree and/or minimum 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering\nStrong cybersecurity background\nSignificant networking expertise\nAbility to work effectively in a team-centric environment\nAbility to work with internal and external stakeholders at all business levels\nStrong presentation, written, and oral communication skills\nExperience drafting technical requirements, procedure outlines, and network diagrams\nExperience analyzing security reports, reviewing process documentation, and assessing test results and remediation plans\nDesired:\nProfessional certifications such as CySA+, CISSP, CEH, Security+, or other network-based certifications\nActive Secret or Top-Secret clearance\nPrior experience designing or implementing cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities\nExperience with risk management frameworks (DFARS 800-171, CMMC, ISO, NIST)\nDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision\nDemonstrated individual contributor productivity in technical roles\nIntermediate-level knowledge in three or more of the following:SDN concepts\nNIST 800 series\nRisk management and mitigation strategies\nImplementation of security tools, automation, or frameworks\nCloud architecture familiarity, including SaaS implementations\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
