This leader will guide architecture, engineering, compliance, and operational security functions to support mission-critical environments across CONUS and OCONUS locations spanning 150 programs, and 27,000 employees.\nIn this role, you will direct engineering teams, collaborate with senior leaders, and influence enterprise-wide cyber strategies. You will ensure alignment with DoD, NIST, Zero Trust, and emerging cyber mandates while managing high-visibility programs and delivering secure, scalable solutions.\nMore about this Role\nProvide management of staff supporting robust and evolving cybersecurity program and related cyber tooling protecting the CACI networks and supporting compliance requirements amongst our programs, mitigation of emerging threats, and development of novel solutions to new requirements\nWork with Cyber Operations and Threat Teams to assess the security, risk, and compliance levels of supported systems\nMonitor trends in cybersecurity threats as well as NIST 800 standards in support of these systems\nSupport mitigation strategies and track stakeholder implementation to ensure risks are qualified and addressed appropriately\nUse data analysis techniques and tools to provide valuable reporting to track the security posture of CACI’s infrastructure\nWork with CACI and third parties to develop robust solutions to support CACI’s internal and external support needs\nResponsibilities:\nAbility to work in a multi-functional team-centric environment\nAbility to manage small to medium sized teams consisting of geographically dispersed highly technical engineers\nDevelop weekly plans and provide on-going status reporting for major projects and initiatives\nSupport engineering process and documentation enhancements\nAbility to lead productive meetings and manage tasking across our teams\nAbility to work with internal and external stakeholders at all business levels, technical to senior leadership\nStrong presentation, written, and oral communication skills\nMaintain strong vendor and partner relationships\nAbility to lead across Cyber and IT teams within CACI to drive results in alignment with industry standards\nAbility to translate security and technology requirements to non-technical staff\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBA/BS in Information Assurance/Cybersecurity/Engineering or similar\nMinimum ten (10) years of experience including seven (7) years of leadership experience\nStrong Cyber Security and IT background\nAbility to obtain a security clearance\nNetworking and Cyber Defensive tool expertise\nAbility to mentor and develop individual technical contributors at various competencies\nStrong knowledge and use of AI technologies\nDesired:\nCYSA+, CISSP, CEH, Security+, and other security or network-based certifications\nSecret or Top-Secret clearance\nPrevious experience with the management of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities.\nExperience with risk management frameworks, DFARS regulations, NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001, others\nDemonstrate an intermediate level of knowledge in three or more of the following\nNIST 800 series\nCMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification)\nRisk management and mitigation strategies\nImplementation of security tools across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms\nFamiliarity of cloud architectures including PaaS/IaaS/SaaS implementations\nKnowledge and understanding of multifactor authentication, identity, and user privilege elevation\nDefense in depth strategies\nAttack surface reduction techniques\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
