This leader will compliance, and operational security functions to support mission-critical environments across CONUS and OCONUS locations spanning 150 programs, and 30,000 employees.\nIn this role, you will direct the cyber operation team, enhance processes and support the procurement of software and hardware for the cyber security organization. You will ensure alignment with DoD, NIST, Zero Trust, and emerging cyber mandates while managing and supporting secure, scalable solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nManage operational staff supporting the cybersecurity program and associated cyber tools that protect CACI’s networks and ensure program compliance.\n\nCollaborate with Cyber Engineering and Threat Teams to assess security, risk, and compliance levels across supported systems.\n\nSupport mitigation and remediation strategies for internal and program environments to ensure risks are properly qualified and addressed.\n\nApply data analysis techniques to produce reporting that tracks and communicates the security posture of CACI’s infrastructure.\n\nPartner with internal teams and third-party vendors to develop robust cybersecurity solutions for both internal and external needs.\n\nWork effectively in a multi-functional, team-centric environment.\n\nDevelop weekly plans and provide ongoing project and initiative status updates.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of processes and documentation.\n\nLead productive meetings and coordinate tasking across cyber, program, and IT teams.\n\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all business levels, from technical staff to senior leadership.\n\nMaintain strong vendor and partner relationships.\n\nSupport procurement processes for purchasing and renewals.\n\nLead cross-team efforts within Cyber and IT to achieve results aligned with industry standards.\n\nTranslate complex security and technology requirements into clear, understandable guidance for non-technical staff.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBA/BS in Information Assurance/Cybersecurity/Engineering or similar\n\nMinimum ten (10) years of experience including seven (7) years of leadership experience\n\nStrong Cyber Security and IT background\n\nAbility to obtain a security clearance\n\nNetworking and Cyber Defensive tool expertise\n\nAbility to mentor and develop individual technical contributors at various competencies\n\nStrong knowledge and use of AI technologies\n\nDemonstrate an intermediate level of knowledge in three or more of the following:\nNIST 800 series\n\nCMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification)\n\nRisk management and mitigation strategies\n\nImplementation of security tools across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms\n\nFamiliarity of cloud architectures including PaaS/IaaS/SaaS implementations\n\nKnowledge and understanding of multifactor authentication, identity, and user privilege elevation\n\nDefense in depth strategies\n\nAttack surface reduction techniques\n\nVulnerably management and mitigaitons\n\nDesired:\nCYSA+, CISSP, CEH, Security+, and other security or network-based certifications\n\nSecret or Top-Secret clearance\n\nPrevious experience with the management of cybersecurity tools and technologies.\n\nExperience with risk management frameworks, DFARS regulations, NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001, others\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
