Information Officer (CIO) for the MyNavy HR enterprise.\nSupport the development and sustainment of information technology (IT) capabilities supporting OPNAV N1.\nProvide leadership and oversight of data management, data governance, business intelligence, and analytics activities across the MyNavy HR enterprise.\nEnsure IT architecture, solutions, data, and operational performance efficiently meet evolving mission and business needs.\nOversee data security, integration, interoperability, database operations, and analytics capabilities.\nIf you are a motivated individual looking to be part functional data management, data governance, business intelligence, and analytics.\nProvide primary input regarding hiring, firing, promotions, performance evaluations, and rewards decisions for direct reports.\nReview current practices for how data is procured, stored, managed, interpreted, analyzed, applied, and disposed of.\nEnsure data management practices align with ethical principles and core concepts outlined in DAMA-DMBOK, including impact on people, potential for misuse, and the economic value of data.\nIdentify relevant data security requirements and define data security policies and standards.\nAssess current data security risks and implement appropriate controls and procedures.\nPlan, analyze, develop, and design data integration and interoperability solutions.\nImplement and control activities necessary to store, protect, and access data contained in electronic files and physical records.\nOversee the management of graphics, images, and scanned service record documents.\nProvide oversight of database operations, including continuity planning, instance development, performance monitoring, testing, and migration.\nDevelop and implement techniques, processes, and policies supporting the collection and management of Big Data.\nOversee the analysis of various data types through data science, analytics, and visualization.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nExperience managing teams of data analytics professionals, including managers and/or supervisors.\nExperience supporting functional data management, data governance, business intelligence, and analytics.\nKnowledge of data lifecycle management, including data procurement, storage, interpretation, analysis, application, and disposal.\nUnderstanding of ethical data management principles outlined in DAMA-DMBOK.\nExperience identifying data security requirements, developing policies and standards, assessing risks, and implementing controls.\nExperience planning, analyzing, developing, and designing data integration and interoperability solutions.\nKnowledge of electronic and physical records management, including the storage,
