You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and processes are still evolving-requiring adaptability, clear documentation, and a strong sense of initiative.\nThe ideal candidate has a foundation in an engineering field with MATLAB or Python experience, strong analytical skills, and is eager to learn and tackle complex problems.\nResponsibilities:\nData Analysis & Interpretation: Assist in analyzing data from Defense and Integrated Combat Systems training, testing, and evaluation events to identify trends in system performance. Collaborate with senior analysts to analyze system data. Basic understanding of radar principles is a plus but not required: Including how radar systems transmit and receive signals, and the relationship between these signals and target detection.\nScripting & Automation: Support the development and maintenance of automated scripts using MATLAB or Python to streamline data extraction, cleaning, and transformation. Training and mentorship will be provided.\nTechnical Reporting: Prepare draft technical inputs, summaries, and visual presentations that support government-led reports and briefings.\nCommunication & Presentation: Convey analysis inputs to government analysts and government leads.\nCollaboration: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge and collaborating with government and contractor team members as directed.\nProcess Improvement: Support refinement and documentation of data analysis workflows, documentation, and reporting processes under government direction.\nContinuous Learning: Proactively expand your understanding of Defense and Integrated Combat System, analytical tools, and related technologies.\n Qualifications:\nRequired: \nBachelor’s degree in Engineering.\nEligible to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.\nWillingness and ability to travel as required.\nAbility to maintain a flexible schedule during test events and surge periods.\nCapable of working in stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.\nMust be willing to work on site in Norco, California.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance.\nTravel may be required, to include riding U.S. Navy vessels.\nDesired Skills & Attributes:\nWorking knowledge of MATLAB or Python; coursework or personal projects are great.\nExperience or familiarity with tool verification and validation practices.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.\nFamiliarity with core data analysis techniques and visualization tools.\nQuick to learn new systems, tools, and technical domains.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.\n-\nWhat You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
