As a Data Scientist / Analyst specializing in Advana and Jupiter, you’ll be at the heart of our analytics team. You’ll design, develop, and deploy models that help leaders make informed decisions in real time. Your work will directly influence Naval Aviation operational readiness, resource allocation, and mission success interfacing with Oracle 19c's source database.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex operational challenges. \nBuild and optimize advanced analytics workflows within Advana and Jupiter platforms. \nCreate interactive dashboards and visualizations using Databricks, PySpark, and Tableau to communicate insights clearly. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams-including analysts, engineers, and subject matter experts-to translate requirements into actionable solutions. \nEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance with all relevant standards. \nAutomate data ingestion and transformation pipelines for large-scale datasets. \nConduct data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations to support the DOW's contract's objectives. \nUtilize Tableau or PowerBi to create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate decision-making processes. \nRapidly learn and become proficient in the Advana and Jupiter platforms, collaborating with team members who possess experience in these systems. \nWork with different data sources, ensuring data is accurately collected, transformed, and loaded for analysis. \nClean and preprocess data to eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and outliers. \nEmploy statistical techniques to interpret and validate data trends, patterns, and anomalies. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver insights that support the contract's objectives. \nPrepare and deliver reports and presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders. \nAdhere to data security and privacy protocols, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.\nLearn ACES team functional concepts, business processes, and practical use of all ACES applications.\nThis is a “hands-on” position that requires someone who is capable of multi-tasking and working outside of their technical comfort zone. \nIt requires an individual with a service-oriented mentality that can focus and take ownership of assignments/issues and manage/resolve those issues as well as lead small groups.\nFormulate, document, and follow specifications for programmers to apply in coding, testing, and debugging of the multiple programs. \nMaintain and update all areas of documentation by recording detailed accounts of all database activities. \nDemonstrate possession and implementation of strong oral and technical writing skills. \nMust have an excellent ability to communicate up and down within the organization; prepare detailed descriptions of issues, status updates, recommendations, and reports. \nApplicants must be highly organized with an eye for detail.\nWork well in a remote team-oriented environment and be able to self-manage their tasks to ensure success.\nQualifications:\nRequired: \n\nActive Secret clearance\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Advana and Jupiter platforms. \nProven experience with data analysis and visualization tools. \nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data. \nDatabricks proficiency.\nProficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. \nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. \nStrong problem-solving skills.\nBachelor's Degree from accredited college in Accounting, Finance, CS, Mathematics.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
