The position supports the Interoperability Analysis Branch by conducting data processing, data validation, and event reconstruction of combat system and Tactical Data Links (TDL) datasets. The candidate must possess a strong technical foundation, with competencies in data cleaning and validation, data processing, quality assurance, and data integration, as well as experience with automation tools and adherence to data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of critical operational datasets.\nResponsibilities\nSupport both land-based testing and fleet exercises by managing and processing of large tactical datasets, using NSWC Corona analysis tools\nData cleaning, validation, and event reconstruction or track association to prepare datasets for thorough analysis.\nWork closely with the Interoperability Analysis team and must be proficient in troubleshooting data processing and event reconstruction challenges to maintain data integrity and support analytical objectives.\nPrepare and present analytical reports that summarize findings through written analysis, data visualizations, and supporting metrics for stakeholders.\nQualifications:\nRequired: \nProven experience in data processing, cleaning, and validating large and complex datasets\nPreferred: Foundational knowledge of tactical data links (TDL), including Link 16\nFamiliarity with Tableau for data visualization, reporting, and presenting insights\nSolid understanding of data management and analytical principles\nAbility to translate complex data and findings into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nSkilled in troubleshooting and resolving software tool issues\nExpertise in data characterization techniques\nExperienced in root cause analysis, identifying underlying issues, analyzing data, and developing actionable solutions to improve processes and outcomes\nDemonstrated capability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment\nAdvanced proficiency with Excel, macros, pivot tables, and managing intricate datasets\nCompetence in event reconstruction and/or track association using multiple system data sources\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines under aggressive testing schedules\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance\nMust be willing to work on site in Norco CA\nDesired:\nUS Navy Knowledge of Combat Systems (ET, FC, OS, IT, etc.)\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
