Candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, embrace complex challenges, and are committed to mission excellence will find meaningful opportunities for growth and impact within CACI and on this team.\nResponsibilities:\nImplement and enforce data management standards, requirements, and specifications aligned with industry and DoD best practices.\nCollaborate with data owners to define data quality rules, metadata standards, and classification requirements.\nManage the collection, cataloging, distribution, and retrieval of structured and unstructured data across enterprise systems.\nIdentify and document customer requirements when onboarding new data assets and ensure proper classification and handling.\nMaintain and update recurring data processes to preserve the integrity of existing repositories.\nAnalyze and develop data architectures for collection, integration, retention, and mission-aligned workflows.\nBuild and maintain semantic ontologies, taxonomies, and machine-understandable labels to improve discoverability and interoperability.\nDevelop and apply data mining, statistical, causal, and geospatial analysis to support mission analytics and decision-making.\nCreate data quality and performance metrics measuring usability, timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.\nReview quality assessments and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in data management practices.\nPrepare and deliver training, awareness briefings, and user guidance on data policies, security requirements, and best practices.\nSupport integrated project teams (IPTs) by helping identify, curate, and manage data throughout project lifecycles.\nProvide full lifecycle support for data-related applications (build, test, deploy, train).\nCreate and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, process documentation, and code references.\nServe as a technical expert, leading major assignments and mentoring junior staff when required.\n\nRequired:\nBA/BS in IT, Data science, CS, MIS, Engineering, or related field\nTS/SCI Clearance\n5+ Years professional experience in data management, data governance, analytics, or information systems\nObtain Security+ (DoW 8570 IAT Level II Baseline) within 6 months of start date.\nHave one or more of the following: CDMP Practitioner, Master (DAMA), CISSP, CompTIA Data+\nExpertise designing and maintaining semantic ontologies, taxonomies, and metadata structures (RDF/OWL/SPARQL).\nDemonstrated leadership in data governance councils, mission data strategy efforts, or COCOM-level working groups.\nExperience supervising or mentoring data stewards, analysts, or developers in a multi-system environment.\nAbility to integrate data processes with operational planning, intelligence fusion, or mission-critical COCOM systems.\nDesired:\nProven ability to design and maintain semantic ontologies, taxonomies, and controlled vocabularies (RDF/OWL/SPARQL).\nExperience building enterprise-scale data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and automated data quality checks.\nCurrently hold one or more of the following certifications: Security+ (DoW 8570 IAT Level II Baseline) and or CDMP Master (DAMA)\n-\nThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
