The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in data analytics and reporting, combined with strategic planning and development skills. They will have expertise in Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with HR data. They will be self-motivated and results-oriented, who can work collaboratively to deliver high-quality results. They will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to see the larger picture and understand how their work fits into the overall goals and objectives of the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nCreate and maintain a pipeline to ingest data from various HR data sources using SQL, Python, Excel and Tableau Prep.\nDesign and develop high-quality reports and data visualizations for HR officers and Agency senior leadership.\nDevelop and maintain premade reports for HR officers.\nAnalyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and adherence to client business rules and best practices.\nCommunicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.\nBalance stakeholder requests with primary job functions and priorities.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nTechnical:\nAt least three years of experience in:\nTableau (reporting, dashboards and data visualizations)\nSQL (data modeling, query optimization)\nPython (data manipulation, analysis, pipeline development)\nExcel (data analysis)\nPowerPoint (presentation design and development)\nExperience with data structures and the ability to quickly learn client data systems and structures.\nData Analytics and Reporting:\nExpertise in data analytics reporting and ability to create and maintain reports based on client requests.\nExperience with data visualization tools and techniques, including the ability to create interactive dashboards.\nCommunication and Stakeholder Management:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience communicating directly with stakeholders.\nAbility to balance stakeholder requests with primary job functions and priorities\nData Quality and Validation:\nAttention to detail and ability to self-correct and analyze data to ensure accuracy and adherence to client business rules and best practices\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in a qualitative field (e.g., computer science, data management, statistics) and 10+ years of relevant experience\nAt least three years of experience in data analytics or reporting role, preferably in HR or related field\nTS/SCI clearance with polygraph\nDesired:\nCertification in data visualization or data science (e.g., Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Certified Data Scientist).\nClient Systems and HR Data:\nFamiliarity with client or government data systems\nExperience working with HR data and PII training\nExperience with HR data systems and software (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft)\nFamiliarity with data governance and data quality best practices\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
