In this role, you’ll work hands-on with a broad range of database technologies-including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and modern NoSQL platforms-while supporting key enterprise applications such as Momentum and PeopleSoft.\nYou’ll operate in a dynamic environment, collaborating with customers across multiple networks, ensuring system reliability, performance, and data integrity. This is an on-site position offering the chance to make a meaningful impact while growing your technical depth across cloud, Linux, and database ecosystems.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport and administer Oracle RDBMS environments, including Oracle Grid Infrastructure, ASM, Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.\n\nProvide database administration across multiple platforms: Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL systems (MarkLogic, MongoDB, DynamoDB).\n\nPerform routine backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations using RMAN, snapshots, and archive log management.\n\nTroubleshoot system, database, hardware, and network issues; analyze performance and resolve complex technical problems.\n\nCreate and execute ad-hoc SQL queries for diagnostics, analysis, and issue resolution.\n\nManage and maintain Linux operating systems and associated file systems.\n\nDevelop and maintain administrative scripts in various languages.\n\nConduct regular server audits to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.\n\nMaintain user accounts and ACLs on network file systems.\n\nSupport system-level changes, assess impacts, and participate in technical exchanges with stakeholders.\n\nEnsure compliance with IT security, accreditation, and enterprise policies.\n\nProvide exceptional customer service to internal teams, external partners, and vendors.\n\nParticipate in after-hours and on-call rotations as needed.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related technical field\n\nMinimum 7 years of related experience\n\nAWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.\n\nHands-on experience installing and administering Oracle Grid Infrastructure, RDBMS, Cloud Control, and ASM.\n\nStrong Linux administration skills.\n\nExperience with database cloning, monitoring, performance optimization, patching, and O&M activities.\n\nProven ability to develop and maintain automation scripts.\n\nSolid understanding of AWS services: EC2, EBS, snapshots, DMS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and S3.\n\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work at a computer for extended periods and move between workstations.\n\nIT security expertise and experience working within accredited environments.\n\nDesired:\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).\n\nOracle Cloud Certification.\n\nExperience with PeopleSoft applications and workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with geospatial products and COP management.\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
