We are looking for highly motivated individual to become the Database Administrator utilizing the NRO’s records manager tool, HP Content Manager.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide technical system administration support to IMSO in accordance with Federal laws and regulations\nSupport the daily administration of HP Content Manager, including providing engineering/configuration support of software patches, upgrades, access controls, migrations, and troubleshooting application issues.\nCreate and maintain system documentations.\nWork with NRO systems engineering support and vendors to identify requirements and ensure seamless upgrades/modifications and system performance.\nWrite and submit service requests and trouble tickets.\nDevelop training courses and provide systems/software training for users.\nProvide routine technical and administrative support for IMSO websites and SharePoint\nStay full conversant with existing information technology used.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nSecurity + certification\n\nTS/SCI with Polygraph\n\nPersonnel performing function for Records and Information Management Program Support shall have a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT/Computer Science Field or 5 years relevant experience;\n\nTableau\n\nPersonnel shall have experience as IT Analyst, Database Manager, or similar IT-focused position\n\nPersonnel shall be proficient working with Microsoft Office applications.\n\nThe individual must be proficient in technical writing\n\nDesired:\nExperience with Oracle, SQL\n\nSecurity + Certification\n\nExperience in records and information management\n\nExperience with HP Content Manager tool\n\nExperience working on NRO system\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
