Under general supervision, you will work closely with financial system users to provide desktop support, software license management, application support, and other duties in support of the SAF/FMF AFFSO, AFAOC and DEAMS missions.\nThis role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the customers' mission, our team, and ultimately CACI! In return, CACI will provide you with a company that fosters a culture based on integrity, strong ethics, quality work, and professionalism, while supporting your career growth aspirations.\n Responsibilities:\nProvide day-to-day network and computer administrative duties to include setting up new user accounts on AF systems and help new users file the appropriate paper work/forms required to obtain computer accounts on the Air Force operational networks.\nPerform software and hardware installation, diagnostics, and problem resolution for network and computer systems\nOptimize operations for networked workstations, ensuring availability, reliability, and integrity of computer systems for continued mission accomplishment.\nProvide solutions and resolve complex software, hardware and network malfunctions to minimize interruption to the customers and minimizes mission delays. \nPerform computer system hardware upgrades and repairs as necessary\nInstall and maintain computer system software including software patches and anti-virus updates\nPlan, organize, coordinate, and manage the organizations information technology (IT) software and hardware.\n Qualifications:\nRequired:\nCurrent Security+ CE certification\nBachelor's Degree in relevant field or 4+ years equivalent experience\nHighly professional and self-motivated\nExperienced in supporting Windows based workstation and applications\nStrong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).\nExperience working multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to tight deadlines\nGood organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.\nAttain Secret clearance\nDesired:\nKnowledge of Remedy and Service Now ticketing systems\nExperience supporting Air Force networks and systems\nExperience using graphical modelling tools such as Visio or similar to depict process flows\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
