This opportunity will require hands-on leadership, pro-active team engagement in a matrix environment, and an adaptive, resilient mind-set. This program includes research and development, product development, systems integration, production, fielding, sustainment, and operational support activities.\nThe successful candidate will be a leader who develops an understanding of the customer’s mission and intent, builds strong relationships with the internal technical and program team, identifies emerging risks, organizes and prioritizes tasks, and manages ambiguity effectively.\nResponsibilities:\nAccountable for overall performance and delivery of defined deliverables with strict adherence to customer requirements, quality standards for products and/or services, and on contract growth of tasking\nEstablish metrics and monitor progress to ensure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of company goals and objectives \nReview Statements of Work, CDRLs, customer needs, and requirements to inform schedule and tasking\nGenerate and maintain detailed MS Project schedule to include milestones and dependencies, and to evaluate critical path and schedule slack\nApply financial management principles and practices to identify funding needs for labor and Other Direct Costs (e.g., travel, materials)\nPerform as project lead in resolution of technical problems that would critically impact performance, schedule, or cost\nConduct weekly team meetings to review schedule and tasking (e.g., Jira board) with team members.\nGenerate or provide inputs to management-level deliverables\nDevelop and maintain relationships with new customer contacts and help to identify solutions to customer problems that lead to new business opportunities \nActively identifies additional/expanded tasking with existing customers and defines technical requirements for draft statements of work\nImplement strategies to improve open and honest communication with team; communicate policies and directives to enhance employee awareness and clarify expectations\n Required Qualifications:\nUS Citizen and Active TS/SCI Clearance\nTypically requires a degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university or equivalent experience and minimum 7+ years work experience in a technical field related to Signals Intelligence or other MULT-INT technologies\nExcellent verbal/written communication skills\n7+ years in project or program management experience\nAbility to understand and effectively communicate technical architectures and implementations associated with complex Multi-INT and distributed intelligence solutions to customer leadership\nExceptional interpersonal skills including active listening and conflict resolution\nAbility to manage in a diverse and dynamic environment with short notice taskings\nAbility to work with minimal supervision while maintaining cooperative, force multiplying relationships with peers within the company\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience with government contracting and acquisition processes\nRelevant subject matter expertise in the Airborne Multi-INT systems\nExperience managing programs/projects with budgets greater than $2M\nActive PMP certification\nExperience delivering mission capabilities through iterative development processes\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
