Join us to make a meaningful impact on a program of national importance.\nResponsibilities: \nLead the manage ment, operation, and maintenance of core infrastructure services across 350+ global facilities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability \nDirect the monitoring of infrastructure system availability, coordinating with DT ENMOC to maintain enterprise-wide visibility and responsiveness across the global network \nConduct comprehensive assessments and continuous monitoring of computing environments to ensure enterprise compliance with Configuration Management (C/CM) requirements and security standards \nApply advanced master data management techniques to automatically reconcile manual updates and network discovery results with established configuration baselines \nDevelop, maintain, and update comprehensive site topology configurations and manage changes for complex hybrid infrastructure environments \nLead engineering and implementation services for infrastructure initiatives, including comprehensive upgrades, modernization efforts, and technology refresh cycles \nSpearhead configuration management activities for the Disaster Recovery (DR) program, including documentation of Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) for mission-critical systems \nProvide regular Configuration Management reporting, including detailed metrics on change success rates, configuration compliance levels, and baseline drift analysis \nDesign and construct CI/CD pipelines using DevSecOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, SonarQube), automating continuous build, test, security validation, and results analysis processes \nFunction as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, planning and leading major technical initiatives while mentoring junior team members and supervising technical staff \nQualifications: \nRequired:\nBachelor's degree + 8 years of experience in related fields, such as infrastructure engineering, systems administration, network operations, configuration management, or DevSecOps \nActive Secret Clearance \nProven experience with enterprise infrastructure management, including multi-site facility support and hybrid cloud environments \nDemonstrated expertise in Configuration Management (C/CM) processes, including baseline management, change control, and compliance monitoring \nStrong technical proficiency with DevSecOps tools and practices, including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipeline development \nExcellent leadership abilities with proven experience planning and leading major technical assignments, functioning as a subject matter expert, and supervising technical personnel \nDesired:\nPrior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State \nExperience with Disaster Recovery planning and implementation, including RTO/RPO analysis and documentation \nKnowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management best practices \nProfessional certifications such as ITIL, AWS/Azure certifications, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or relevant infrastructure certifications \n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
