You will support Endpoint Services by leading the development of a flexible classification marking tool for the ICAM Zero Trust (ZT) project. This is a customer-facing opportunity to influence a critical enterprise capability, collaborate with mission partners, and help shape the future of ICAM technologies.\nOur program develops and delivers enterprise and stand-alone Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities across the Intelligence Community. Our work spans program management, mission support, software development and integration, system engineering, testing, documentation, monitoring, and release management.\nResponsibilities:\nLead a small team of developers in designing and building a classification marking tool for the ICAM ZT program.\n\nProvide technical guidance, ensure code quality, and maintain progress across multiple project efforts.\n\nPresent demonstrations, communicate project risks, and keep stakeholders informed.\n\nCollaborate closely with system engineers to support User Acceptance Testing.\n\nSolve complex technical problems and maintain strong configuration management practices.\n\nBuild deployment packages and prepare associated documentation.\n\nSupport customer engagements and ensure solutions meet mission needs.\n\nApply knowledge of classification markings across multiple environments.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.\nSubstitution: Four additional years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree (total of 9 years).\n\n5+ years of software engineering experience\n\n2+ years of experience in SIGINT, Information Assurance (IA), or IT domains.\n\nStrong experience enforcing coding standards and working within agile development processes.\n\nProficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.\n\nExcellent writing skills, including experience producing program or process-related documentation.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities\n\nDesired:\nExperience with Jest, Cypress, and Docker.\n\nWorking knowledge of classification markings and their application.\n\nAbility to analyze system requirements, concepts of operations, and high-level architectures to create detailed specifications.\n\nExperience gathering, analyzing, and documenting customer requirements.\n\nAbility to establish internal schedules and track milestones.\n\nProvide input to system engineers for process documentation and government deliverables.\n\nAssist system engineers in testing new configurations or software releases.\n\nCoordinate software deliveries with external organizations.\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
