This role provides managerial and technical oversight, integrates capabilities, and drives program performance and growth. The Exec Director bridges strategy and execution-ensuring alignment of programs, new business pipeline development, and workforce performance.\nResponsibilities:\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute VP/DVM strategy across assigned programs\nOversee program financial and operational performance\nDrive tactical business development and recompete efforts\nIntegrate capabilities across programs for scalable solutions\nEnsure PM compliance, reporting accuracy, and governance\nDevelop emerging leaders and strengthen bench depth\nGrowth: Maintain pipeline integrity and coordinate with BD teams\n Qualifications:\nRequired:\n15 years minimum years' related program or portfolio management experience\n\nExperience and demonstrated success managing mid-to-large portfolios\n\nExperience and demonstrated success in top (revenue) and bottom (margin) growth\n\nStrong operational leadership and execution discipline experience\n\nDeep experience with program financial management and reporting\n\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams\n\nActive Secret clearance with TS eligibility\n\nDesired:\nExperience transitioning from point solutions to integrated services\n\nBackground in technical or engineering services environments\n\nExperience supporting Navy or maritime programs\n\nAdvanced degree and/or leadership certification\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
