You will translate academic research and commercial best practices into sustainable analytic workflows, rapidly incorporate emerging capabilities, and design solutions that remain accessible to nontechnical users. Your systems engineering expertise will help teams interpret complex data, identify relationships, anticipate outcomes, and produce actionable intelligence in support of America’s most elite forces.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWork as part of a multidisciplinary team to solve critical operational challenges involving data analytics and mission support.\nDesign, implement, and maintain high-performance computing environments for AI and machine learning applications.\nOptimize server, GPU, and supercomputing configurations for efficiency, scalability, reliability, and performance.\nDevelop networking solutions that support high-throughput data processing and distributed workloads.\nConfigure and manage storage systems to provide reliable, efficient data access and retrieval.\nCollaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI and machine learning models into production environments.\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nEvaluate advances in AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing and incorporate relevant capabilities into enterprise systems.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field and at least 10 years of professional experience; or at least 15 years of progressive systems engineering experience managing IT infrastructure and architecture in support of the Department of War (DoW) or Intelligence Community (IC).\nDemonstrated systems engineering experience with an emphasis on AI and machine learning optimization.\nStrong knowledge of server, storage, and supercomputing architectures.\nExpertise in networking protocols and high-performance computing environments.\nExperience with GPU optimization and parallel processing.\nProficiency in storage configuration and management.\nFamiliarity with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to obtain and maintain the applicable certification required under DoD 8140.\nDesired Qualifications and Experience\nMaster’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.\nKnowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with version control systems, such as Git.\nStrong knowledge of geographic information system (GIS) software and tools, such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and GeoServer.\nExperience with geospatial data formats, including Shapefile, GeoJSON, and KML.\nFamiliarity with web mapping technologies, such as Leaflet and OpenLayers.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
