The role involves overseeing Physical Security and Personnel Security personnel and providing security guidance to business leaders supported by this facility.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for ensuring corporate compliance with government regulations and policies for the protection of classified information. Scope extends to personnel clearance processes, facility clearances, classified information systems, reporting associated with government industrial security requirements, responses to government compliance assessments, and relevant security training and awareness activities.\nTrack and maintain clearance pipelines.\n\nMaintain records with company approved database\n\nMaintain and update Internal corporate database.\n\nMaintain control logs for classified documents.\n\nConduct collateral security briefings and debriefings.\n\nAssist employees / candidates / consultants with completion of security paperwork.\n\nCoordinate with customers and other government representatives on security issues / actions.\n\nCreate reports and maintain classified documents.\n\nProvide support and assistance to other CACI and subcontractor personnel.\n\nCreate/send program visit requests for program personnel as needed.\n\nSubmit; maintain facility badge access, and renewal authorization.\n\nInitiate and review clearance actions for personnel requiring access under multiple government contracts and subcontracts.\n\nCollect and record security processing metrics.\n\nRespond to facility intrusion alarms.\n\nProcess Foreign Travel/Briefings.\n\nAssist with Government Annual Reviews (Quarterly and Annual)\n\nMust be able to obtain a Top Secret\n\nMust be highly organized with attention to detail\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nCurrently Facility Security Officer (FSO) certified.\n\nTypically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years related work experience.\n\nPossess the ability to provide clear and concise communication verbally and written.\n\nActive Secret Security Clearance\n\nWorking with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) 32 CFR 117, Defense Information System for Security (DISS), National Industrial System for Security (NISS), ACCS, and other DoW systems and manuals as they pertain.\n\nFamiliarity with security information systems (Fresh Haystack/SIMS/Access Commander) or similar.\n\nDesired:\nActive Top Secret (preferred)\n\nUnderstanding of Closed Area builds and operations.\n\nAn understanding of Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and UL certificates.\n\nAn understanding of COMSEC account management.\n\nA strong customer service presence.\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
