CACI is seeking an experiencedFront EndSoftwareDeveloper to joina multidisciplined team to work on delivering the next generation of mission management systems.The ideal candidate will have a strong background inTypeScriptand experience with front-endtechnologies. You willbe responsible fordeveloping andmaintainingweb applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
The Opportunity:
As a developer on thisexciting anddynamic program; you will bring your software development experience and perspective to work within a multi disciplined agile team in designing, developing,and maintaining next generation mission management applications.
We’ll look to you to help develop,troubleshoot,and maintaincloud nativemicroservices and auser interface (UI)for a data-rich application with complex user workflows.As a part of the development processand supporting user adoption, you will write automated testsagainst your code, deploy to a fully automatedDevSecOpspipeline, andhelp troubleshoot any bugs found.
Each day, you can expect to report a brief status at an agile stand-up meeting, dig into the highest priority work toaccomplishthat day, code with your teammates, andparticipatein TEMs as needed.
The job is fully in person in the SCIF withNO hybrid or remote possibility.
Technologies you will use include:
- Java:Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and REST microservices
- JavaScript/TypeScript: Frameworks like Vue3and Bootstrap
- Automated testing tools:Vite,Mockito, JUnit, Cypress, etc.
- Databases: PostGres,MySQL, Redis, AWS DynamoDB, etc.
- Cloud Services: AWS EC2, RDS, S3, SNS/SQS,andLamda.
- SCM and issue tracking tools like Git,Jira, Confluence, etc.
- DevSecOpspipeline tools such as Gitlab CI/CD, SonarQube,SAST, etc.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
- Available to work in-person at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA or Aurora, CO
- Clearance: Must have TS/SCI with CI poly (or be willing to take CI poly)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and websockets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communicationand collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work withintrueAgileKanbanprocesses and dynamic development environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with others in a team environment.
- Current Security+ certification (or the willingness to get it)
Desired:
- Experience withAgile methodologies and DevOps processesand tools
- Experience using Amazon Web Services
- Experience with container managementtools(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Git / GitLab source code management tools
- Experience using Test Driven Development (TDD) tools such as Cypress and Mockito.
- Experience with database systems such as MySQL, Redis,etc
- Willingness to be Fullstack.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
