This role supports the full software development lifecycle, including application development, testing, deployment, cloud administration, system maintenance, data integration, and continuous improvement within a secure mission environment.\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong full stack development experience, hands-on knowledge of AWS and DevOps technologies, and the ability to translate mission and business requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to maintain existing capabilities while identifying opportunities for system enhancements and modernization.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications and data analytics products, including data solutions, applications, APIs, and visualizations.\nDevelop and maintain front-end, back-end, database, and supporting application components using documented and repeatable software and data engineering practices.\nPerform Operations and Sustainment (O&S) activities to maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and functionality of mission applications and supporting systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application, system, database, and infrastructure issues following reported outages, service degradation, or performance concerns.\nDevelop and maintain application code and database configurations to meet operational, reliability, availability, and functionality requirements.\nPerform corrective, preventive, adaptive, and perfective maintenance of existing software and applications in accordance with Government requirements.\nSupport Agile software development and maintenance activities, including enhancements and modifications to existing applications and feature sets.\nDevelop and support APIs and RESTful CRUD services used to integrate applications, data, and supporting systems.\nAdminister cloud environments, including C2S, AWS, and Cloud Foundry, and support continuous monitoring, operating system upgrades, software upgrades, patching, and system maintenance.\nPerform required software and server upgrades in accordance with NGA SWAP-approved versions and established configuration standards.\nAdminister user account access requests, account provisioning, and related access management activities.\nSupport annual Continuity Planning and Testing activities, including updates within the NOC CP Tool and preparation of required evidentiary documentation.\nReview and maintain software and configuration information within XACTA 360 and Service+ CMDB in accordance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements and the Enterprise Service Catalog.\nIdentify system enhancements, new capabilities, concept demonstrators, and supporting capability business cases.\nDevelop and provide technical training as new systems, enhancements, and capabilities transition into operational use.\nProvide technical guidance and leadership to project teams while effectively communicating with Government stakeholders, management, and senior leadership.\nIndependently initiate, manage, execute, track, and report technical tasks and deliverables as required by the Government.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nTop Secret SCI clearance required, and polygraph preferred \nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.\nFive or more years of software development and/or full stack development experience using technologies and tools such as:JavaScript and TypeScriptPythonNode.jsCommand-line tools such as NPMGitAWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, EBS, ELB, and related cloud technologies\nWorking knowledge of object-oriented software design principles and development practices.\nWorking knowledge of DevOps practices and system administration.\nStrong hands-on experience with software design, development, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.\nExperience developing or supporting APIs and RESTful CRUD services.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications, databases, cloud environments, and supporting infrastructure.\nDemonstrated ability to identify system enhancements, new capabilities, concept demonstrators, and potential business cases.\nExperience providing technical support and communicating with leadership, management, customers, and internal and external stakeholders.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
