MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for enterprise-wide and stand-alone deployments throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, software integration and development, systems engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and systems monitoring, configuration control, and release management.\nResponsibilities\nThe System Integrator will assist customers with integrating Single Sign-On capabilities into their systems or enterprise solutions. The candidate will work closely with development teams and system administrators to assist with and troubleshoot customer integration issues.\nThe candidate will perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluations of new COTS products and tools. The candidate is expected to have direct experience with and an understanding of PKI/TLS and SAML, OAuth, and OIDC concepts. While not required, development experience may be useful.\nQualifications\nRequired\nTS/SCI clearance with polygraph.\nFifteen years of experience as a systems engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\nBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.\nDoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required if the COR determines that the position’s activities include CWIP activities.\nFive years of additional systems engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.\nDesired\nAbility to install and customize COTS products in an enterprise environment on Linux and Windows platforms.\nFamiliarity with Secure Token Services and Single Sign-On.\nExperience integrating Ping, Okta, Login.gov, or Keycloak.\nAWS and/or Azure cloud certification and experience.\nFamiliarity with orchestration and automation toolsets, including cloud-native architectures.\nExperience as an integrator on a team working directly with functional counterparts on requirements gathering, program specification and design, and information systems.\nAbility to develop, diagnose, and debug automation and integrate modern and legacy tools to optimize business processes.\nUnderstanding of networking and troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of the software development life cycle, including change management and the development of functional and technical specifications.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
