In this role, you’ll tackle diverse challenges across hardware, networking, and systems support - including both unclassified and classified environments. If you enjoy hands-on problem solving, autonomy, and making an impact across geographically dispersed teams, this opportunity is for you.\nResponsibilities:\nTechnical Systems & Hardware Support\nImage, configure, and deploy physical desktops.\nTroubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, and monitors.\nManage operating systems, BIOS configurations, and overall workstation health.\nNetwork Support\nPatch network ports and trace network lines.\nInstall, manage, and harden Cisco network switches.\nTelecommunications\nInstall and configure VOIP phones and voicemail.\nTroubleshoot phone-related issues and ensure reliable communication services.\nUser Support & Site Planning\nPlan and execute user moves, ensuring smooth transitions of computers, phones, and network connectivity.\nPrepare obsolete or decommissioned assets for proper disposal.\nCollaboration & Cross-Functional Support\nPartner with other IT teams on enterprise-wide initiatives.\nSupport both unclassified and classified systems.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (non-negotiable).\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of relevant IT support experience.\nStrong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell/HP hardware.\nSkilled in Microsoft Office applications.\nSolid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to customer service.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nStrong time management and organizational skills.\nDesired:\nPrevious experience working with Cisco network equipment.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
