This role puts you at the center of delivering a secure, resilient cutting-edge ground infrastructure housing mission critical space-based applications. You will shape how national security missions are executed from space to ground using modern deployment approaches and emerging technologies.\nThis position will be onsite at a CACI facility in Sterling, VA.\nResponsibilities:\n· Lead multi-disciplined infrastructure team of approximately 15 engineers\nEnsure optimal performance, scalability, and security of services\nDevelop and maintain governance policies and best practices\nExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)\nSolid understanding of Automated Infrastructure configuration management\nExperience with infrastructure troubleshooting and resolution\nUnderstanding in the design, implementation, procurement, tradecraft, or maintenance of various layers of network infrastructure\nProvide escalation support and communicate incident status to management and customers\nCollaborate with internal teams, external service providers, and customers\nEnsure compliance with government IT and security policies, including cross-security domain requirements.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study \n10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and development environments.\nProven experience with Linux system administration.\nExperience with information security and compliance with government policies.\nProficiency in cloud platforms\nStrong knowledge of network protocols and security (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)\nExperience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git)\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nStrong communication and leadership abilities\nCISSP or Security+ certification (or comparable information security certification)\nDesired:\nFull systems lifecycle experience\nExperience with DevOps processes and tools\nThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
