Tasks include end-to-end monitoring of initiated services, responding to anomalies, and assisting with service setup and execution. The Intelligence Operations Controller is a key part of a new and growing operations center team, responsible for ensuring the success of multiple mission threads in support of national security.\nResponsibilities:\nGet to certify in multiple operator positions, representing new capabilities for the customer\n\nReceive subject matter and on-the-job training provided prior to certification testing\n\nReinforce standard practices, procedures, and policies\n\nSupport payload operations in coordination with other team members\n\nCommunicate effectively and collaboratively with teammates, leads, and stakeholders\n\nWork hand-in-hand with on-site government and team leads\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\n\nAbility to learn new systems and capabilities with little direction\n\nFundamental understanding of satellite communication systems\n\nRoutine interaction with multiple stakeholders\n\nSolid written and oral communication\n\nAbility to multi-task\n\nSupport 24 x 7 x 365 rotational shifts (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am)\n\nA TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to begin employment\n\nDesired:\nExperience supporting on-site operations environment and/or SIGINT collection\n\nExperience in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment\n\nKnowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of satellite communications\n\nThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
