Based in Hanover, MD, our program provides mission-critical services, software integration and development, system engineering, testing, documentation, network and system monitoring, migration support, configuration control, and release management.\nWe are expanding our JBlocks team and looking for passionate technologists who thrive in dynamic, mission-oriented environments. You’ll join a collaborative group focused on delivering innovative solutions that simplify integration and strengthen data labeling and compliance across user environments.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and enhance software capabilities that meet evolving data labeling and marking requirements.\n\nWork closely with team developers to design, implement, and test new features.\n\nContribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, including expanding automated testing.\n\nOffer proactive, creative solutions to address data marking and compliance challenges.\n\nHelp improve integration of JBlocks services by maintaining flexible, adaptable design approaches.\n\nSupport continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and usability.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraph\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related discipline.\nCandidates may substitute 4 years of software engineering experience in place of a bachelor’s degree (total 9 years of experience).\n\n5+ years of software engineering experience.\n\n2+ years of experience in SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.\n\nProficient in Java Development\n\nUnderstanding of unit and integration testing\n\nFamiliarity with PKI and REST services\n\nHave the ability to evaluate user issues, create and document tests to reproduce in development environments\n\nFamiliar with debugging code using an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) as a containerized service\n\nUse of Gitlab, CI/CD, build pipelines\n\nContainerize existing software capabilities using Docker\n\nDesired:\nKnowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI standards\n\nExperience Performing Development in the eVo environment to include familiarity and use of tools in the environment (GreyBox etc.)\n\nPerform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements.\n\nLinux experience\n\nReview and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results\n\nAdminister, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application.\n\nExcellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.\n\nAbility to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML\n\nStrong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
