The ability to be adaptable, troubleshoot effectively, and work constructively with a technically diverse team is important. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in systems administration and infrastructure operations while developing broader technical skills over time.\nYou will join the program's Platform team supporting the servers, cloud infrastructure, security/compliance activities, and enterprise services used by multiple mission-facing applications\nResponsibilities:\nSupport routine infrastructure operations including Windows Server patching, maintenance, and verification\nSupport IT asset inventory, administrative recordkeeping, and other recurring infrastructure support activities\nProcess certificate requests and renewals and assist with certificate installation\nExecute STIG and other security/compliance scanning tools and support remediation of known findings\nCreate and maintain Active Directory service accounts, groups, and group-managed service accounts\nInstall, configure, and verify standard monitoring and systems-management agents\nExecute scheduled database refresh procedures and other documented operational tasks\nAssist with server build-out, application installation, and infrastructure configuration\nPerform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution for routine infrastructure issues\nSupport monitoring, maintenance, and operational activities across Windows and cloud environments\nUse and modify PowerShell or other scripts to support repeatable operational processes\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and internal wiki content\nQualifications:\nRequired: \nMeet applicable DoD 8140 requirements through a qualifying technical degree, Security+ CE or other approved certification, or another accepted qualification pathway.\nActive DoD Secret clearance\nExperience with Windows Server administration\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy\nBasic scripting experience using PowerShell or similar scripting tools\nFamiliarity with networking concepts including DNS, IP addressing, ports/protocols, routing, SSL/TLS, and load balancing\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to follow documented technical procedures and appropriately escalate complex issues\nDemonstrated initiative and willingness to learn new technologies\nDesired:\nExperience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud services\nFamiliarity to Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools such as Terraform\nExposure to SharePoint Server or Microsoft SQL Server administration\nExperience with vulnerability remediation, STIGs, or other DoD security/compliance activities\nExperience working with or around DoD networks\nExperience supporting the U.S. Navy or Navy Reserve Forces Command\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
