Manages the environmental, industrial, health, and safety regulation compliance for these AMC/SG PMI Centers.\n Responsibilities:\nProvide advice/assistance/work with planning, and implementation of environmental, health and safety policies; develop, for Government approval, procedures (chemical safety, ergonomics, illness and injury prevention, and building safety) used throughout the PMI program facilities.\nProvide management expertise for the management of multiple-site facilities in order to support AMC/SG Program’s buildings, equipment, and facilities\nResponsible for contributions to executing Government-prioritized project coordination for the minor construction of facilities and/or providing advice and counsel to the Government PMI Program Management Office on negotiating the leases of facilities, as well as providing analysis and input to senior management for the purposes of forming the daily maintenance and strategic direction of real property actions\nMaintain standard methods and processes for facility life cycle maintenance/repair/facility upgrades/etc.\nServes as the consultant to all PMI Centers regarding Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and HAZMAT transportation requirements\nProficient in the management of real property (e.g., offices, warehouses, etc.) and real property transactions (leasing), maintenance/sustainment (to include lease administration, utility, and other services), asset management, and financial analysis techniques to ensure sufficient occupant capacity while minimizing facility expenses and liabilities.\n Qualifications:\nRequired:\nSECRET Clearance Required\n10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree OR 22 years of experience\nExperience working in a healthcare or logistics facility as a Facility Manager\nHazardous Material (HAZMAT) Department of Transportation (DOT) training required\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
