The candidate will join a team of engineers responsible for engineering and implementing an enterprise Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Solution. The UEM solution shall be capable of managing all Windows and Bring Your Own Approved Device (BYOAD) endpoints. \nOn the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations. \n\nResponsibilities:\nServe as an experienced MEM/Intune engineer assisting with the design and implementation of the Intune solution for the DAF. \nExperience migrating many thousands of systems between versions of Intune configurations.\nExperience comparing and differentiating large Intune configuration profiles.\nIdentity and Enrollment Mechanics - experience troubleshooting various issues with Intune enrollment.\nDefender and KQL reporting\nMacOS with Intune, configuration, security, application patching and deployment.\nDesigning rollout strategies for large enterprise environments\nCert Connector deployment, configuration, maintenance, & monitoring.\nConfiguring Surface Hub as Teams Meeting Room Devices \nDesign and configure Azure components in accordance with DoD security requirements, including applicable STIGs, the DoD Cloud Computing SRG, and DoD Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) functional requirements \nPerform vulnerability remediation, patching and software/firmware upgrades in accordance with DoD requirements \nLead diagnosing and troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues \nProvide SME input into technical documentation such as the System Design Document (SDD), Configuration Management Plan, Contingency Plan, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and other ATO documentation \nLeverage PowerShell and Azure Automation to automate routine activities, such as configuration management, and system maintenance \nPerform root cause analysis for production deployment errors and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences \nCollaborate with internal teams and DAF stakeholders to drive the development of new cloud engineering approaches and opportunities \nQualifications:\n Required:\nCompTIA Security+ or other DoD Approved 8570 Baseline certification at IAT Level II or higher\n10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).\nUS Citizenship\nActive Secret Clearance\nExperience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting the installation of Microsoft and third-party software updates \nExperience deploying applications/updates via Intune \nExperience managing a large endpoint infrastructure \nExperience managing Windows Servers and Workstations (mobile devices a plus) \nExperience working in a DoD environment \nFamiliarity with STIG requirements \nExperience managing MacOS with Intune\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail\nAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients Desired:\nExperience with Integrating Intune and ServiceNow Automation\nActs independently to expose and resolve problems \nCertifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
