The candidate will be responsible for operational support and service delivery fulfilling customer/developer requests and troubleshooting complex incidents. \nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to test and deploy power platform updates.\nProvide end-to-end service support for OneDrive, Teams, Exchange and Copilot.\nManage, Govern, and Secure Copilot and Copilot Studio.\nPower Platform environment life cycle management.\nManage Power BI environment and workspaces.\nParticipate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability, security, and performance of the managed services.\nLead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams.\nAssist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services.\nCommunicate with the customer to keeping them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages. Qualifications: Required: \nAbility to attain DHS EOD\nBA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience or 15 years’ experience\n5 or more years of relevant experience in supporting SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online and Power Platform\nHands on experience with managing Copilot and Copilot Studio\nStrong Communication Skills - be able to expresses key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders. \n5 or more years of relevant experience in Architecture and designing solutions with Microsoft 365\nHands-on experience with Administering SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Power BI\nHands-on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of M365 Collaboration services\nHands on experience with M365 PowerShell and automation Desired:\nMS Certification Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
