This position offers an impactful opportunity to integrate emerging concepts, execute critical missions, and shape long-term strategies while engaging with a wide array of stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nInfluence strategic, operational, and tactical efforts, driving success across CAP/SAP/STO/ACCM mission sets, crisis response, and conventional and SOF engagements.\nEnsure compliance with national and theater-level policies, coordinate DoD Operations Activities and Investments (OAIs) with interagency partners and contribute to achieving USNORTHCOM’s strategic objectives.\nProvide expertise in USG strategies, policies, and processes for operations targeting.\nPlan and integrate Military Deception (MILDEC) capabilities into existing execution orders and policies.\nMaintain strategic understanding of Western Hemisphere activities and operations.\nWrite and publish guidance documents and orders for Commander review and component execution.\nMaintain an understanding of information related capabilities throughout the Western Hemisphere.\nMaintain system access and situational awareness while producing senior leader briefing materials.\nEstablish and maintain professional networks within the Sensitive Activities (SA) and OIE community.\nCreate, review, and edit MILDEC documentation, such as CONOPS and mission concepts, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.\nMaintain expertise in Irregular Warfare (IW) policy, doctrine, and related OAIs while engaging with key stakeholders.\nMonitor AOR hotspots, enhance crisis response efforts, and advise on national strategies and CONPLANs.\nEnsure alignment with DoD directives and policies during planning and execution phases to support mission success. \nQualifications:\nRequired:\nCurrent Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.\nBachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience in Military Deception, OPSEC, sensitive activities, IW, SOF operations, and national-level policies.\nCompletion of Joint Military Deception Training Course, Joint OPSEC Course, or other Information Related Capabilities formal training completion.\nExpertise in strategic and operational planning within DoD, interagency coordination, and USSOUTHCOM’s theater campaign objectives.\nKnowledge of CAP/SAP/ACCM programs, Joint Doctrine, and emerging concepts.\nProven ability to work independently and as part of a team under high-stakes conditions. \nDesired:\nMaster’s degree in a related field.\nExperience supporting activities that directly impact Foreign Terrorist organizations (FTOs) and Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs).\nFamiliarity with USNORTHCOM operations, culture, and organizational structure.\nDemonstrated success in engaging Joint Staff, interagency, and partner-nation stakeholders.\nExpertise in emerging crisis response technologies and regional dynamics.\nProficient in managing administrative actions and long-term strategic initiatives.\nThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
