Reporting directly to the Logistics Planning Lead, these positions ensure mission partner requirements are effectively integrated into logistics planning, sustainment operations, and theater distribution activities supporting steady-state, contingency, and emergent operations.\nThe Senior Logistics Planners work closely with Government stakeholders, Joint logistics staff, Service Components, coalition partners, host nation representatives, logistics service providers, and mission partners to develop operational logistics plans, synchronize theater sustainment activities, identify capability gaps, and coordinate logistics support across geographically dispersed locations. Mission Partner Planners develop executable logistics plans, operational concepts, and synchronization efforts supporting mission execution throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.\nThese positions contribute to successful program execution by enhancing logistics interoperability, strengthening mission partner integration, improving operational readiness, and ensuring logistics capabilities remain synchronized with Government objectives across the theater.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and coordinate operational logistics plans supporting steady-state, contingency, exercise, and emergent operations.\n\nServe as the primary liaison for assigned mission partners to ensure logistics requirements are understood, integrated, and effectively supported.\n\nCoordinate logistics planning activities with Combatant Commands, Service Components, Special Operations Forces, coalition partners, host nation agencies, and commercial providers.\n\nAnalyze operational requirements and develop logistics courses of action supporting mission objectives.\n\nSynchronize sustainment, transportation, distribution, supply chain, infrastructure, and support service requirements across multiple organizations.\n\nParticipate in operational planning teams, planning conferences, tabletop exercises, rehearsals, and mission synchronization events.\n\nIdentify logistics capability gaps, operational risks, and resource constraints while recommending mitigation strategies.\n\nSupport theater campaign planning, contingency planning, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and crisis action planning.\n\nCoordinate logistics support requirements for exercises, deployments, and operational missions throughout the Indo-Pacific.\n\nDevelop logistics estimates, planning products, operational reports, and executive-level briefings.\n\nMaintain awareness of regional logistics capabilities, host nation agreements, transportation networks, and commercial support options.\n\nCoordinate with Joint, interagency, multinational, and coalition partners to improve logistics interoperability and information sharing.\n\nSupport Government-directed assessments, operational experimentation, and logistics modernization initiatives.\n\nMaintain planning documentation, mission partner engagement records, and operational planning products.\n\nPromote collaboration, innovation, and continuous process improvement to enhance operational effectiveness and mission success.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nMinimum 10 years of experience supporting logistics planning, operational planning, sustainment operations, transportation planning, supply chain management, or theater logistics for Government or Department of Defense organizations.\n\nActive TS/SCI clearance\n\nExperience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.\n\nExperience developing logistics plans supporting operational, contingency, exercise, or campaign planning activities.\n\nExperience coordinating logistics requirements across multiple organizations, mission partners, or geographically dispersed operations.\n\nDemonstrated experience briefing senior Government leadership on logistics planning, operational synchronization, and mission support activities.\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of Joint logistics doctrine, operational planning processes, and theater sustainment operations.\n\nDesired:\nBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transportation Management, Military Science, Operations Management, or a related field.\n\nExperience supporting Indo-Pacific operations, multinational exercises, coalition operations, or partner nation engagement activities.\n\nExperience supporting USSOCOM, SOCPAC, U.S. Army Pacific, PACAF, PACFLT, III MEF, or other Indo-Pacific organizations.\n\nExperience utilizing Joint planning systems, Global Combat Support System (GCSS), Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), Joint Planning Process (JPP), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, ArcGIS, or other logistics planning tools.\n\nProfessional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), Lean Six Sigma, Defense Logistics Agency certifications, or equivalent logistics and program management certifications are preferred.\n\nMilitary logistics planning experience supporting Joint Task Forces, contingency operations, Special Operations, or multinational logistics environments is highly desirable.\n\nExperience coordinating logistics activities with allied nations, host nation agencies, commercial transportation providers, and interagency organizations is highly desirable.\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
