This role puts you at the center of delivering a secure, resilient cutting-edge ground infrastructure housing mission critical space-based applications. You will shape how national security missions are executed from space to ground using modern deployment approaches and emerging technologies.\nMust be able and willing to work onsite at CACI facility in Sterling, VA.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, maintain, and optimize LAN/WAN/VPN network infrastructures\nMonitor and evaluate network performance and health\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex network, hardware, software, and infrastructure issues\nPlan, test, and implement network upgrades, configurations, and revisions\nEnsure compliance with network security policies and government regulations\nEvaluate emerging network and communication technologies\nProvide escalation support and communicate incident status to management and customers\nConduct site surveys, planning, and design support\nMaintain thorough documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incidents\nCollaborate with internal teams, external service providers, and customers\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study \n10+ years of technical experience in Network and Transport technologies, tools, and techniques\nDeep expertise in Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware NSX, VPN technologies, cryptographic devices, routing and switching, and cloud networking.\nExperience supporting both classified and unclassified networks.\nProficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nStrong communication and leadership abilities\nCertifications in information security (CISSP or Security+) required\nDesired:\nFull systems lifecycle experience\nExperience with DevOps processes and tools\nCertifications such as JNCIA, JNCIP, CCNA, CCNP, or similar are highly preferred\nThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
