In this role, you will help design, implement, secure, and sustain enterprise network solutions across complex WAN and LAN environments. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute to strategic network modernization efforts, and collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure high-performance, reliable, and secure communications infrastructure.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the design, implementation, operation, and sustainment of enterprise WAN/LAN network environments.\nResearch, evaluate, and help deploy network solutions, enhancements, and capabilities that support customer mission objectives.\nTroubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure issues involving hardware, software, communications media, and connectivity.\nMonitor and assess network health, performance, and availability using enterprise management and analysis tools.\nDevelop and maintain network architecture documentation, diagrams, and technology roadmaps.\nSupport the planning, testing, and deployment of network upgrades, modifications, and configuration changes, including the development of test plans and implementation documentation.\nConduct network traffic analysis and bandwidth optimization to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.\nEvaluate emerging networking and communications technologies and recommend solutions that enhance capacity, security, resilience, and operational efficiency.\nIdentify and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices, standardization efforts, and evolving customer requirements.\nEnsure compliance with customer network security processes, government regulations, and cybersecurity policies.\nRepresent customer technical requirements during coordination and collaboration with government agencies and external stakeholders.\nConduct site surveys in support of new installations, modernization efforts, and technology refresh initiatives.\nInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot satellite communications equipment and associated network infrastructure.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph after hire.\nBachelor's degree in IT or a related field (Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)\nMinimum of 5 years of experience supporting networking and transport technologies, tools, and operational environments.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise or global networks in dynamic, fast-paced environments.\nCurrent DoD 8140.01 / 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification.\nKnowledge of the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and related Department of Defense network architecture and strategic planning guidance.\nExperience with Cisco and Juniper networking technologies, including routers, switches, VPN solutions, cryptographic devices, and remote access technologies.\nExperience with enterprise network monitoring and analysis tools.\nExperience administering and supporting Juniper SRX firewalls and VPN solutions.\nExperience supporting IP-based services across DoD environments, including NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS.\nWorking knowledge of networking technologies and protocols such as: IPv4 and IPv6 VPNs Multicast Quality of Service (QoS) Software-Defined Networking (SDN) SNMP VoIP Video Teleconferencing (VTC) OSPF and BGP routing protocols \nDesired:\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nDoD 8140.01 / 8570.01-M IAT Level III Certification.\nOne or more industry-recognized networking certifications, including: Juniper JNCIA, JNCIS, or JNCIP Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCVP, or CCDP Equivalent networking certifications\nITIL Foundation certification.\nISC2 CISSP certification.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
