You will support the customer's data communications network; maintain the network hardware and software as well as monitor the network to ensure availability to all system users; and perform the necessary maintenance to support network availability. You will need to be proficient in Cisco network solutions, as well as software defined networks and firewalls from AWS, Google, and Microsoft.\nThe purpose of the Luke program, is to provide dev ops, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the ODNI’s enterprise. Our support in NOVA and Bethesda includes software engineering/development, O&M, technology investigations, customer advocacy, business process engineering, and system design. Invent your future and make a lasting impact at CACI!\nQualifications:\n\nRequired:\nDeploy, install, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment (Cisco routers, switches, firewalls) ensuring seamless network operations\nResponsible for troubleshooting and resolving network issues, implementing security measures and proactively optimizing network performance\nMonitor and resolve network related service tickets\nMaintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and network design documentation\nSetup user accounts, permissions and passwords\nPerform network upgrades to maintain system integrity and overall availability\nSupport and administer third-party applications\nEnsure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure following industry standards\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering and minimum of 10 years of related work experience\nExperience working with and troubleshooting Cisco and/or Juniper network vendor platforms\nKnowledge of and experience with networking technology and protocols, TCP/IP, Routing (static, OSPF, BGP, and policy-based), Firewalls (zone based polices and ACLs), SSH, VPNs\nKnowledge of network management platforms such as Solarwinds\nDemonstrated understanding of IPv4 networks\nExperience with network device hardening in accordance with industry best practices\nKnowledge of different operating systems (Microsoft, Unix, Linux, etc.)\nAttention to detail, problem solving mindset, critical thinking and teamworking skills\nMust be able to travel between facilities in McLean, VA; Bethesda, MD; and Washington, DC.\nDesired:\nCisco CCNP or Juniper JCNIP certifications or skill level at minimum (Senior / Expert)\nExperience with automating network tasks using Ansible or Python\nFamiliarity with cloud hosting solutions such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud\nVMWare experience\nCompTIA Network+, CCNP, CCNA\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
