IPPS-A is a web-based solution that consolidates capabilities across all Army Components into the largest integrated personnel and pay system in the world, replacing 45 stovepiped legacy systems. Join CACI for long-term career growth, excellent benefits, and the chance to work in a collaborative environment on a high-visibility, mission-critical enterprise ERP program.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, build, test, and deploy custom PeopleSoft solutions, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions across the full implementation lifecycle.\nTranslate functional requirements into detailed technical design specifications and robust application architecture.\nBuild modern integrations using Integration Broker, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, and REST/SOAP web services.\nConduct unit testing, analyze complex system defects, and execute technical remediations for large-scale HCM modules.\nWrite and optimize complex SQL statements and database objects to maintain high performance across massive data sets.\nCollaborate effectively within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and work with technical leads to ensure on-time delivery and smooth cutover/deployment.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive Secret clearance.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technically relevant field, or relevant experience.\n7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, with 10+ years of overall technical experience in system design and production support for large-scale applications.\n2+ years of hands-on technical experience with PeopleTools 8.55 or above.\nDeep proficiency with core PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and PS Query.\nStrong expertise writing and tuning complex SQL queries.\nDemonstrated experience drafting technical design specifications, test plans, and performing unit testing.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and conciseness in written and verbal communication within team environments (IPTs).\nHands-on experience with modern PeopleSoft features: Fluid User Interface (UI), Page and Field Configurator, and Approval Framework (AWE).\nDesired:\nExperience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a large-scale enterprise or federal environment.\nExperience developing REST/JSON APIs and SOAP web services via Integration Broker for multi-system integrations.\nPrior experience supporting large-scale defense or public sector ERP implementations.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
