The portfolio includes research and development, product development, systems integration, production, fielding, sustainment, and mission support activities.\nThis position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and is onsite in Jessup, MD.\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor contractual deliverables, business milestones, and administrative requirements to ensure timely execution.\nMonitor program financial performance, staffing actions, procurement activities, and administrative operations.\nDevelop and implement business processes, operating procedures, and internal controls that improve efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.\nIntegrate finance, contracts, procurement, security, property management, project management, program management, engineering, and administrative functions to support program objectives.\nIdentify business risks, resource constraints, and operational challenges while recommending corrective actions and improvements.\nFoster strong relationships with Government customers, and mission partners to enhance program performance.\nApply industry best practices to support bid and proposal development activities. \nWork collaboratively with Wireless Solutions Leadership, program management, and engineering operations teams.\nResponsible for cost, schedule, performance, and completion of direct projects and/or delivery orders.\nLead team meetings, facilitate tracking and completion of action items, and participate in portfolio forecast planning sessions as required.\nPrepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports focused on cost, schedule and performance metrics.\nInterface with internal and external project task teams, vendors, and other partners to ensure success.\nMaintain project management best business practices that align to CACI policy and standards.\nSupport other programmatic activities as required. Perform other duties as required.\n Qualifications:\nRequired:\nSeven or more years of program or project management experience.\nWorking knowledge of federal acquisition and contracting environments, including experience with one or more contract types such as CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, or task-order contracts.\nAbility to manage small to large projects, typically in collaboration with multiple teams and resources\nUnderstanding of the project management lifecycle, including expertise in managing project budgets, scope and schedules.\nProficiency in Microsoft software applications and other relevant tools.\nAbility to travel to support team or customer meetings as needed (approximately twice per year).\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nDesired:\nPMP, PgMP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or related professional certification.\nExperience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar program-management applications and tools.\nBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in work experience.\nTraining or prior application of Agile/Scrum frameworks.\nExperience developing responses for RFP/ RFQ / Task Statement of Work.\nDemonstrated knowledge of defense contracting, accounting, and cost management practices.\nAbility to create, brief, and present data to drive organizational change.\nExperience supporting US DoW and the US Intelligence Community\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
