You will be a member of a small financial team that has complete responsibility to create and maintain program financial data to support the strategic plans of a Government Client and the Program Managers.\nThis position is located in Alburquerque, NM and requires a Secret clearance.\nAs a CACI Program Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for financial analysis, which includes long-term financial planning, management reporting and identifying financial trends. In addition, the PFA is responsible for the fiscal year planning process, forecasting and evaluating financial plans, invoicing, and management of the program funding; annual planning and forecast of rates, rate impact analysis, and management reporting. Duties may include collecting and analyzing data including revenues, expenses, costs, cash flow, profits, and other ad hoc reports. Will interface with program management and senior leadership.\nThis is an opportunity to support high-impact missions, collaborate with experienced professionals, and support strategic operations that strengthen our nation's defense capabilities around the world.\nResponsibilities:\nCreate, maintain, and report all Task Order (TO) financial data to support the strategic plans of the client, Program Manager, Project Leads, and Program Operations Manager.\nDevelop baseline budgets, forecasts, and Estimates at Completion (EACs) that detail the monthly and annual costs for labor, travel, materials, equipment, and ODCs that are required to support the operational vision of the Program Manager\nUpdate forecasts and EACs monthly with actual costs incurred as well as updated forecast projections based on the newest mission requirements from the Program Manager, Project Leads, and Program Operations Manager\nTrack and analyze variances and trends monthly\nCoordinate with CACI corporate contract and financial resources to ensure compliance with contractual cost reporting requirements\nUnder direction of the Program Manager and CACI Contracts Manager, coordinate updating contract pricing as needed to facilitate contract modifications and prepare Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for the client, Program Manager, and Project Leads when requested\nAssist Program Manager with requests for financial data by preparing spreadsheets, financial presentations, briefing charts, and ad hoc financial reports to support decision-making at all levels of the program or project\nMonitor and report on CLINs as the expended costs incurred approach 75% of the funding for the CLIN to ensure contract performance can continue as planned by the Program Manager\nAttend monthly Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs) and other battle rhythm events requiring financial support\nRoutinely review all project costs to ensure accounts and cost allocations are correct and coordinate adjustments or corrections when needed\nReview all subcontractor and company staff travel expenses verifying against government approved Travel Authorizations for accuracy and JTR compliance\nReview and process all subcontractor and vendor invoices\nAssist Program Manager in reviewing and approving staff timesheets\nManage subcontractors’ funding in accordance with prime contractor’s funding from the client\nCoordinate production of prime invoices and provide detailed backup documentation compliant with client requirements\nContinually seek out cost control improvements as well as process enhancements to streamline the project financial recordkeeping and reporting to ensure good stewardship of client funds\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field \n5+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis, or financial analysis. (An MBA degree may be considered as a substitute for two years of applicable work experience)\nStrong knowledge of federal regulations and laws related to budgeting and resource management\nProficiency in automated program planning software applications\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nWorking knowledge of project management concepts and principles\nPrior experience with resource planning and understanding of budgeting practices\nExperience interfacing with the Program Manager and the Customer in an advisory capacity.\nDesired:\n5+ years of experience tracking Federal/DoD financial contracts, and supporting the creation and tracking of financial deliverables \nAbility to analyze complex information and draw meaningful conclusions\nStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders\nAbility to manage multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
