To address inefficiencies in fragmented and aging payroll systems, it is implementing a scalable, cloud-based payroll solution that improves automation, data quality, userexperienceand compliance, with implementation for the full customer base targeted within eighteen months.\nThis position supports the core implementation call order, which covers discovery and fit-gap analysis, solution design and configuration, data migration, interface development, testing and parallel payroll validation, and cutover throughhypercare. In this role you will manage delivery of the assigned scope - data migration, interfaces, and legacy payroll analysis and parallel validation - including schedule, staffing, deliverables, subcontractadministrationand Government acceptance. Travel up to 25%.\nWork is performed remotely from within the United States, with periodic on-site presence as the assignment requires.\nResponsibilities:\nManage delivery of the assigned scope, including schedule, resources,risksand dependencies\n\nEstablish andmaintainscope baselines and manage change control\n\nManage deliverable preparation, qualityreviewand Government acceptance\n\nManage subcontract administration, performancereportingand second-tier subcontractors\n\nManage staffing,onboardingand personnel security processing for the assigned scope\n\nIdentify,trackand escalate risks and issues through program governance\n\nSupport cutover,hypercareand transition to sustainment for the assigned scope\n\n Qualifications:\nRequired:\nMust be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust clearance\nAll work is performed from within the United States and its territories, from a work location approved in advance by the customer\n\nBachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience.Additionalexperience may be substituted for degree.\n\n7 or more years managing delivery of IT programs, including delivering as a subcontractor within a multi-company team where another company held technical delivery leadership\n\nExperience managing fixed-price or deliverable-based scope, including baselining, changecontroland formal deliverable acceptance\n\nFederal program delivery experience, including deliverable standards, government acceptanceprocessesand past performance reporting (CPARS)\n\nExperience staffing and ramping a program through federal suitability determination and equipment provisioning constraints\n\nDemonstrated experience holding a scope boundary under commercial pressure and escalating constructively through a governance forum\n\nDesired:\nERP, HCM or payroll implementation delivery, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, or federal payroll, federalHRor federal shared services\n\nManaging data conversion and integration workstreams specifically\n\nA system replacement requiring parallel-run validation and a formal go/no-go acceptance decision\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification, orSAFeor other scaled agile delivery certification\n\nThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
