In this role, you will leverage your expertise in program integration to support Program Managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership in monitoring and reporting the health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios.\nYou will perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance risks. This position is responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of all work and deliverables within the Project Integrator scope.\nThis is a high visibility role offering exceptional opportunities for professional growth.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport enterprise-wide business analytics efforts focused on acquiring and leveraging datasets.\nDevelop and execute strategies for obtaining datasets from offices and agencies across the enterprise.\nBuild partnerships with stakeholders, identify data needs, and evaluate datasets for alignment with program goals.\nManage projects and workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder coordination.\nPrepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for government managers and stakeholders.\nPlan and facilitate partner meetings, offsites, and stakeholder engagements.\nCoordinate conferences and events, including logistics, venues, agendas, speakers, and interactive activities.\nSupport improvements in business data collection, management, and usage through standardization and process enhancements.\nCreate and submit weekly activity reports.\nTranslate complex technical information into clear, understandable documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nIntegrate graphics and meeting-generated content into final deliverable documents using automated tools and research methods.\nMust be present on the client site during Luke Program core hours (0900-1500).\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.\nExtensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to lead and guide a team of Project Integrators and Software Developers.\nExperience collaborating closely with a Program Management Office to provide updates and insights.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nComfortable briefing senior government stakeholders.\nHighly organized with strong multitasking abilities.\nSelf-starter with strong intrinsic motivation.\nEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of related experience, or\nMaster’s degree with 5 years of experience, or\nAssociate’s degree with 8 years of experience.\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
