With a strong technology foundation that includes high speed electro optics, fiber optics, and high power laser systems, our team is building the orbital information infrastructure of the future.\nIf you have a passion for innovation and want to help shape the next generation of space based communications solutions, apply now and join the team!\nResponsibilities:\nIntegrated Master Scheduling & Planning\nDevelop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project.\nCreate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and support scope definition/baselining.\nProvide baseline budget and schedule estimates during proposal and planning phases.\nConduct critical path analysis, what if scenarios, schedule risk assessments (SRA), and contingency planning.\nEnsure schedules align with milestones, dependencies, resources, and contractual requirements.\nProgram Performance & Controls\nMaximize program performance through active schedule, cost, and risk management.\nSupport Earned Value Management (EVM), including metrics review and ETC development with CAMs and Program Leads.\nTrack progress against baselines and support variance identification and corrective actions.\nCollect, organize, and analyze program performance data.\nCross Functional Coordination\nWork closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and functional managers to conduct resource planning and maintain alignment.\nFacilitate project meetings and track completion of action items.\nSupport teams in IMS tracking, EVM inputs, and risk management integration.\nRisk, Issues, and Opportunity Management\nParticipate in Risk Management Board (RMB) meetings.\nMaintain risk registers and ensure updates, ownership, and mitigation execution.\nIdentify schedule risks early and collaborate on mitigation strategies.\nReporting & Communication s\nPrepare weekly and monthly program status reports including performance metrics, progress summaries, risks, and forecasts.\nProvide timely updates to internal leadership and customers.\nMaintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.\nProcess Excellence & Scheduling Best Practices (Optional Master Scheduler Integration)\nLead and improve scheduling processes, tools, and templates.\nSupport junior team members by sharing scheduling and planning best practices.\n Qualifications:\nRequired: \nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.\n5-7+ years of project management and schedule development and management experience.\nProficiency in MS Project and strong understanding of IMS development.\nExperience with EVM, SRA, and program controls.\nExperience supporting engineering or government contracting programs.\nStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively in highly technical, cross functional environments.\nProficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).\nDesired:\nPMP or PMI Scheduling certification.\nExperience with space, aerospace, defense, or federal contract programs.\nExperience with JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, MS Planner, or similar tools.\nTechnical or engineering degree.\nExperience with ROM estimates, proposals, and resource planning.\nKnowledge of DoD acquisition practices or federal compliance frameworks.\nExperience supporting geographically distributed teams.\nExperience in change management or process transformation initiatives.\n-\nWhat You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
