You'll have the opportunity to work across diverse technical domains, collaborating with subject matter experts and highly skilled engineers while introducing modern project management methodologies to drive mission success. \nResponsibilities:\nAs a Project Manager, you'll oversee research and development projects spanning multiple technical disciplines. You'll work with small to medium-sized cross-functional teams distributed across multiple labs on campus, guiding projects from conception through delivery. This role offers the unique opportunity to establish and refine project management processes while working hands-on with state-of-the-art technologies and innovative solutions. \nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI clearance, or Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI \nBachelor's degree in a related field + 3-5 years of relevant project planning/management experience (or equivalent combination). \nProject Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification strongly preferred, demonstrating a foundation in PM concepts. \n3+ years of demonstrated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) experience \nExperience managing technical or engineering projects \nExperience managing projects in a government contracting environment and understanding of government requirements management \nDemonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to introduce and adapt these practices \nExperience with project management tools such as GitLab, Microsoft Planner, or MS Project \nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \nStrong written and verbal communication skills \nProven stakeholder management experience \nAbility to work effectively with highly technical and cross-functional teams \nExperience developing and managing: \nTechnical reports and documentation \nClient presentations and briefings \nStatus reports and project tracking \nRisk management documentation \nRequirements traceability and management \nLessons learned and after-action reports \nDesired:\nEngineering or technical degree \nExperience contributing to resource planning and ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimates \nFamiliarity with DoD acquisition processes or federal compliance frameworks\nExperience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple facilities \nExperience with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms \nChange management or organizational transformation experience \n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
