This role involves working with leading RPA platforms to create intelligent automation solutions that enhance productivity and accuracy while reducing operational costs.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate) \nAnalyze business processes to identify automation opportunities within JTMS workflows \nCreate process definition documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs) \nDevelop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using RPA best practices \nPerform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions \nMonitor bot performance and implement improvements to ensure reliability and efficiency \nCollaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements \nDocument automation processes, technical specifications, and user guides \nAssist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing automation solutions \nParticipate in code reviews and follow established development standards \nSupport the deployment of bots to production environments \nProvide basic support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions\nQualifications:\nRequired: \nMust be US Citizen \nMust have active Secret clearance\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field \n1-2 years of experience with RPA development or related automation technologies \nBasic programming knowledge (Python, C#, VB.NET, or Java) \nUnderstanding of RPA lifecycle and best practices \nFamiliarity with process analysis and workflow design \nKnowledge of basic database concepts and SQL queries \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality \nAbility to work effectively in a team environment \nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nDesired:\nExperience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate \nRPA certification (UiPath Certified Professional, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, etc.) \nFamiliarity with Agile SAFe methodologies \nExperience with SAP and agility layer (ie, Mendix) \nKnowledge of API integration and web services \nExperience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and document processing \nUnderstanding of transportation or logistics business processes \nExperience with version control systems (Git, SVN) \nKnowledge of AI/ML concepts and Intelligent Automation \nFamiliarity with .NET framework or Python scripting\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
