From eLearning tools and interactive lectures to lively discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays, and practical demonstrations, you’ll create an unforgettable language learning experience for everyone involved!\nResponsibilities:\nDeliver Language Training:\nUtilize Government- or Contractor-provided documentation, including assessment plans, instructor guides, and student materials.\nTailor teaching approaches to match student learning styles and strategies.\nConduct instruction through interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.\nTeach ISO-Immersions and supplement instruction with contemporary authentic material.\nCollaborative Work:\nOperate as part of a teaching team.\nCollaborate with course developers, curriculum managers, Government instructors, and Contractor instructors for training design and implementation.\nTechnology Integration:\nEmploy basic classroom technology, including audio/video/DVD components and computer applications like Microsoft Office.\nUtilize advanced classroom technology, such as SmartBoard/Symposium, Blackboard, Microsoft Teams, and camera equipment.\nFeedback and Assessment:\nProvide constructive feedback on student progress to the Government.\nEnsure all learning assessments align with or support unit/topic/course objectives.\n Qualifications:\nRequired: \nClearance:\nAbility to pass security vetting.\nOnsite instruction is mandatory\nEducation/Experience:\nB.A./B.S. from an accredited college or university.\nCan be replaced with an additional four years of directly related experience.\nLanguage Proficiency:\nMinimum ILR proficiency level 2 in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English and ILR proficiency level 4 in reading, speaking, and listening in your native language.\nMinimum ILR proficiency level 3 in reading and listening in the target language and ILR 4 in English.\nProficiency levels must be documented within the last 3 years.\nTeaching Experience:\nFive years of experience in teaching adult language education and methodology.\nFive years of experience delivering listening and reading comprehension exercises/activities using authentic audio files and graphic texts as well as employing teaching strategies for decoding spoken and written texts.\nFive years of experience delivering online language learning via an LMS such as Blackboard, both completely online and in blended (online/in-person) offerings.\nTechnical Skills:\nSix months of experience using appropriate language fonts, keyboards, and language training software.\nDesired:\nInsert 3-5 bullet points here \n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
