In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Forms solutions that support transportation, logistics, and financial operations within a complex SAP S/4HANA environment.\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical experts to deliver scalable forms solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance visibility across transportation and financial workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mission-critical Department of Defense program while expanding your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and enterprise logistics operations.\nRemote but required to travel to SAFB on a quarterly basis!\n Responsibilities:\nLead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Forms solutions.\nConfigure and maintain form creation, document generation, distribution, and execution processes.\nDevelop and enhance forms functionality to support business and operational requirements.\nManage form-related enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.\nConfigure and support settlement documents, invoice verification, and financial processing workflows.\nSupport cost visibility, reporting, and analytical capabilities associated with SAP Forms processes.\nEnsure seamless integration between SAP Forms and related SAP modules, including: Transportation Management (TM) Financial Accounting (FI) Materials Management (MM) Sales and Distribution (SD) Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)\nSupport automated financial postings and document processing across integrated systems.\nEnsure accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reporting.\nPartner with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to support invoice reconciliation and issue resolution.\nCollaborate with SAP S/4HANA functional and technical teams to design solutions that align with business requirements.\nTranslate business needs into effective SAP Forms configurations and solutions.\nSupport project delivery efforts by ensuring requirements, timelines, and quality objectives are met.\nQualifications:\nRequired: \nAn active DoD Secret clearance\n5+ years of experience supporting SAP Forms design, configuration, and management.\nHands-on experience developing and customizing SAP Forms, including: Form layout design Form logic Data mapping Integration with SAP modules and business processes\nStrong experience with SAP Forms settlement processes, cost distribution, and financial integration.\nHands-on configuration experience within SAP Forms and SAP Financial Accounting (FI).\nStrong understanding of integration points between SAP Forms, FI, MM, and SD.\nExperience with: Cost calculation Settlement documents Invoice verification General ledger account determination Cost postings\nExperience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.\nStrong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes.\nSelf-motivated, team-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.\nSAP Forms Configuration and Administration.\nSAP S/4HANA.\nSAP FI Integration.\nFinancial Document Processing.\nInvoice Verification.\nSettlement and Cost Allocation.\nGeneral Ledger Account Determination.\nOrder-to-Cash (O2C).\nProcure-to-Pay (P2P).\nSAP Integration Design.\nBusiness Requirements Analysis.\nLogistics and Transportation Business Processes.\nProcess Improvement and Solution Design.\nDesired:\nExperience with SAP Forms in SAP S/4HANA environments.\nExperience supporting intercompany billing and settlement processes.\nKnowledge of revenue recognition impacts related to form-generated charges and transactions.\nFamiliarity with EDI and API integrations.\nExperience working within federal government or public sector environments.\nExperience supporting transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.\nExperience in global transportation environments.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nSAP Forms, SAP FI, or related SAP certifications.\nDoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification (or equivalent baseline certification).\nSAP S/4HANA Forms Solutions.\nIntercompany Billing.\nRevenue Recognition.\nEDI Integrations.\nAPI Integrations.\nTransportation Management (TM).\nExtended Warehouse Management (EWM).\nFederal Government Experience.\nGlobal Transportation Operations.\nSAP Certification.\nThis position offers the opportunity to support a high-visibility DoD transportation program, work with advanced SAP technologies, and contribute directly to mission-critical logistics operations that impact national defense.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
