As a Scanner Operator, you will join a dedicated team performing scanning of documents on a variety of platforms/applications and coding the scanned images for review by agency stakeholders and active litigation matters.\nCACI is also committed to growing our eDiscovery workforce and has included tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications, the ACEDS certification and Paralegal Certificates!\nThis is a great opportunity for someone to grow their career. Please apply if you are interested to hear more!\n Responsibilities:\nOperates digital image scanning equipment to capture images and generate associated OCR text.\nFollows established scanning and quality control procedures in producing digital files in specified format for further processing.\nWill be required to prepare documents for scanning (including determining logical breaks and unitization of hard copy documents) by disassembling prior to scanning and reassembling afterward.\nWill be required to record file-level information and physical attachment information during the scanning process.\nGood oral and written communication skills required.\nPerforms routine maintenance on relevant equipment.\nMaintains scanning and task logs as well as equipment maintenance logs.\nWill be required to travel to various client locations for extended periods of time to perform scanning duties when necessary.\nQualifications:\nRequired: \n2 years of experience working with image scanning and conversion equipment.\nMust be able to set up, operate, and perform routine cleaning on these machines.\nAttention to detail extremely important.\nAbility to produce high-quality work under adverse conditions and time pressure extremely important.\nPrevious litigation support experience highly valued\nDesired:\nPrior scanning and coding experience. \nUndergraduate degree preferred but not required.\nPrevious litigation support experience highly valued.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite -- Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams is highly valued\nTechnical experience or general knowledge.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
