The Scrum Master ensures transparency, supports conflict resolution, reinforces Agile principles, and strengthens alignment between business needs and technical execution.\nResponsibilities:\nAgile Facilitation & Delivery EnablementFacilitate the development of working software and product increments, ensuring team alignment and clarity of sprint goals.\nLead all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nMaintain a sustainable Agile cadence, protecting timeboxes and reinforcing disciplined execution.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Flow OptimizationFoster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging retrospection, feedback loops, and measurable refinements to team processes.\nRemove impediments and blockers by proactively identifying delays, bottlenecks, and cross team dependencies.\n\nBacklog Support & PrioritizationSupport the Product Owner by promoting backlog health, readiness, and meaningful prioritization.\nCoach the team on user story refinement, acceptance criteria clarity, and definition of done compliance.\n\nTeam Collaboration & AccountabilityPromote collaboration, transparency, and accountability across cross functional teams.\nEncourage open communication, conflict resolution, and shared ownership of sprint commitments.\nSupport the development of high performing teams, reinforcing Agile values such as trust, alignment, and self management.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nU.S. citizenship.\nBachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience.\nStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including facilitation skills, coaching ability, communication strength, and conflict-resolution capability.\nExceptional interpersonal communication and the ability to guide teams through iteration planning, delivery alignment, and process stabilization.\nDesired:\n Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification.\nExperience supporting Agile delivery in federal programs, cloud-based modernization efforts, or multi-team Agile Release Trains.\nBackground in facilitating cross-functional collaboration, readiness activities, and quality-focused delivery patterns.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
