The desired candidate will coach multiple agile teams and use oral and written communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders including customer Product Owners. The candidate will work closely with the release train engineer, and other ART resources to ensure planning, development, testing, and deployment of solutions are performed successfully in an Agile environment.\nResponsibilities:\nCoach and lead an agile team within a scaled agile framework (SAFe)\n\nFacilitate team breakouts to plan work and create PI objectives during PI Planning\n\nFacilitate planning and execution of work during a Program Increment through sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos\n\nFacilitate backlog refinement by collaborating with the product owners and business analysts\n\nTrack and remove impediments to improve agile team’s efficiency and effectiveness; reaching out to the larger organizational network for impediment removal; ensuring cross-team coordination\n\nMaintain relevant metrics to understand how well the team is doing and identify areas of improvement\n\nPerform capacity planning to help teams plan iterations and increments\n\nCollaborate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and ensure consistency across teams\n\nLiaison with architects, cyber security SMEs, and other stakeholders; fostering quality communication between engineering disciplines\n\nManage product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties or between assigned teams and other Scrum teams\n\nSupport development of product roadmaps\n\nCoach the team to continuously improve and become a high performing team\n\nDevelop new processes and refine existing processes to enhance quality and productivity\n\nStrengthen the presence of the team within the Agile communities of practice and actively contribute to the organization’s Agile Community\n\nEnsure appropriate staffing for assigned Epics and Features\n\nSchedule and allocate work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet technical performance and business objectives\n\nEnsure product quality and timeliness of efforts.\n\n Qualifications:\nRequired:\nActive Secret Clearance\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven years of related experience\n\nCertified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master with significant experience coaching Scrum teams\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nStrong Agile background, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach\n\nUnderstanding of all elements of software development including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management\n\nHighly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter\n\nMust be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation.\n\nDesired:\nSAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or any other Scaled Agile Certification\n\nExperience with continuous deployment models\n\nAbility to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
