As the Agile Scrum Master, you will act as the servant leader of an Agile team; facilitate all team events, generate team metrics, calculate team capacity and facilitate release and sprint planning.\nResponsibilities:\nGuide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices\n\nBe responsible for facilitating scrum events, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings\n\nMaintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing\n\nBe an active Team member on a high performing Agile Team implementing the CACI Agile Solution Factory execution model\n\nUtilize knowledge of software development processes and procedures\n\nFacilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution\n\nAssist with internal and external communication and improving transparency\n\nSupport and educate the Product Owner, working to keep the key stakeholders engaged in the development process\n\nUse the VersionOne Agility tool to manage Release Backlog and Sprint/Release execution activities\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n3+ years of experience in across all phases of the agile software development cycle\nExperience working with Agile teams using Scrum or scaling implementations such as the CACI Agile Solution Factory (ASF) or SAFe.\nAwareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Story composition, Functional Decomposition, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming, Automated Testing.\nExperience with ITSM principles and ITIL Best practices.\nStrong interpersonal, teamwork, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences\nExcellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources.\nAbility to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority\nAbility to pass a NACI background investigation\nU.S. Citizenship\nDesired:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or other technical degree\nKnowledge or experience working with Supply Chain Management Systems/Platforms.\nExperience using one or more Agile Lifecycle Management Tools (Jira, VersionOne, Serena, etc.)\nExperience supporting programs that have implemented the Agile Solution Factory.\nCertified SAFe Agilist and/or experience working as a BA, Scrum Master or PO within Agile methodology (Scrum or SAFe preferred).\nScrum Master Certification \n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
