The Scrum Master will facilitate effective team coordination, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle. \nResponsibilities:\nFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and support productive backlog refinement sessions.\nCoach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team accountability.\nPartner with the Product Owner to maintain a prioritized, well-refined backlog with clear acceptance criteria.\nHelp teams establish achievable sprint goals and coordinate development, testing, and release activities.\nIdentify and help resolve impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and escalate issues requiring leadership support.\nMaintain accurate sprint information in Jira and use metrics to improve predictability, identify delivery risks, and support stakeholder reporting.\nCapture key decisions and action items from team discussions and track follow-through.\nFoster collaboration among developers, testers, business analysts, DevOps personnel, and government stakeholders.\nHelp teams manage changing priorities while maintaining focus on sprint goals and sustainable delivery. Qualifications:\nAt least three years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or facilitating Agile delivery for software development teams.\nDemonstrated knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and continuous improvement practices.\nExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams with varying levels of Agile maturity.\nProficiency with Jira and Confluence, including managing sprint boards, dashboards, reports, and team documentation.\nWorking knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements development, testing, defect management, and release coordination.\nExperience using Agile metrics, such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time, to support team improvement and communicate delivery trends.\nStrong facilitation, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.\nAbility to coordinate across technical teams and communicate clearly with customers and program leadership.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
